Where’s my order?

Check your order with its order number (like OTR-7KQ4-M2XP) and your shipping ZIP code. If you checked out with your email, the number is in your confirmation email, and tracking follows when it ships. If you used quick buy, the number is on the page you saw after paying.

How long does it take?

Every shirt is printed when you order it. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days and arrive 3 to 8 days after that. Shipping is free, and we ship within the US only. Everything in one order ships together.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Orders go to print right away, so we usually can’t change or cancel one once it’s placed. If you need to, email us straight away with your order number. If printing hasn’t started, we’ll do what we can.

It arrived damaged or misprinted

Email a photo and your order number within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement for free. Because each piece is printed for you, we can’t take returns for size or a change of mind. More on shipping and returns.

Sizing and care

Tees are a unisex Gildan Softstyle (64000); hoodies are a unisex Gildan Heavy Blend (18500). Both fit true to size; size up for a looser fit. Wash cold, inside out, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don’t iron the print.
